The Minnesota Hockey Magazine Radio show took a brief hiatus but came back with a vengeance this week. A star-studded cast that featured University of Minnesota Gopher Women’s hockey coach Brad Frost and a spirited effort from KARE 11’s Dave Schwartz ushered the show back to mid-season form.
Frost discussed his team’s amazing season, the program and culture he has cultivated. It truly is on the the top efforts in collegiate sports today. Meanwhile nobody was off limits with Schwarz as he and host Pete Waggoner got into a little Sochi breakdown that featured Bob Costas and his eyes, Johnny Weir and his wardrobe, Team USA’s men and women, Gopher Men’s hockey, the NCAA’s and the Minnesota Wild.
It is show you can’t miss as we close it out with highlights from the Class AA State tournament that was called by Waggoner on Sports Radio 105 The Ticket.
