The MinnesotaHockeyMagazine Radio show unveiled this week’s top ten Boys High School hockey Class AA and A. Tim Kolehainen shared his thought process with host Pete Waggoner as to how delivered the Class A rankings. This is a sneak preview as the official rankings for the Class A come out on Tuesday mornings.
Waggoner went on to discuss his formula for the Class AA and it is heady stuff. KARE 11’s Dave Schwartz took a look at his travel plans and the dicey safety situations at the Olympics coming up in Sochi in just one week. He also addressed his article regarding the ‘Maestro’s of Mayhem’ and talked Wild hockey.
MHM Executive Editor Brian Halverson joined the show to discuss the first ever North Star College Cup to close out the show.
Pete Waggoner has covered hockey since 1989 and his work includes play-by-play and studio hosting. Currently, he is the play-by-play voice of high school hockey on Sports Radio 105 The Ticket and hosts a weekly hockey talk show called "On the Ice with Chad Graff every Saturday morning at 9am.
